Students from Fridley High School and El Dia de San Ildefonso School in Tenerife, Spain met over a video SKYPE connection during Fridley's annual cultural fair. Students spoke in Spanish and English about sports, the movies, the new U. S. president, plans for attending university and more. The students were so engaged during the exchange that both teachers from Spain and Fridley decided to build a SKYPE visit into their classrooms on a weekly basis.
