Peace One Day - a call for people to participate in the International Day of Peace, September 21st 2009

September 21st is designated the International Day of Peace by the UN.

This short video by the person who lobbied to get a day designated as the international day of peace tells you a little about how the day came about and encourages participation. 

IB is joining in the International Day of Peace through this year's global lessons and activities relating to peace.  

Materials will be posted on this site over the coming weeks.
