India finally to start Education for all.Will IB Contribute?

The Government of India has started this drive of education for all where every school has to take a minimum number for under privileged children. A very basic question pops up my mind what will be IB's contribution ?

In Memory of the lives lost in the 'German-Bakery Bomb-blast' in Pune, India.

Pune - an educational hub of India and a rapidly developing busy city, witnessed a terrifying bomb-blast on 13th feb 2010, which lead to the immediate death of 9 people (majority being foreigners) and the injury of more than 60 people. This is just a media figure and the actual number of people affected is believed to be much more than that mentioned. The injured are hospitalized and are now fighting death in the city hospitals.

Studying Abroad after the IB Diploma

Hello IB community, I am a current IB student from Mexico and I'm interested in studying my professional career in Engineering in Australia. I want to study my 4 years over there and come out with a certificate, not just a bachelor degree. Could anyone recomend me a good University that focuses in technology and engineering? I would really appreciate it.
