In the 188th presentation by Bill Bradbury, he mentions interesting facts about "global warming" and its effects on the entire world. INCLUDING YOU!
Mr.Bradbury has two daughters and was one of the first fifty people to be trained by Al Gore in Tennessee to give this incredibly one sided presentation on "global warming". He presents because he feels he is lucky to have two daughters who run farming operations and he feels like all of our parents in the way he wants to leave world a better place for his beautiful girls.

One of the facts that Bradbury mentions in his presentation is about the shrinking White River Glacier at Mt. Hood. It has shrunk 61% from 1902-2001. 14,000 acres of beautiful landscape use irrigation from Mt. Hood River which is fed directly from the White River Glacier.
Bradbury is a strong preacher of "global warming". He states that there is a one degree temperature increase at the equator and a twelve degree increase at the Pole. What I would like to question is why this would be true when a recent group of scientists went to the Antartica to collect information about global warming and nearly froze to death because of the fridged temperatures. The thing he mentions is the Rogue Valley Climate Change. There is less snow accumulation. This will lead to a fifteen degree increase by 2080. This will mean a one hundred and five degree average temperature by 2080. All of this will lead to more rain, flash floods, dry streams, dead fish, increased risk of wildfires, and change in native vegetation. However, in the Upper Willamette Valley there will only be a rise of six to eight degrees by 2080. All of the rain will cause flooding which will cost millions of dollars in damages. We will need to establish cooling centers and invest in greater air quality for humans.
Bradbury tells us a fearful thought next. As of this moment, there is 730 GT in the atmosphere C02. This is expected to double. This is shown to us in many ways. On example is methane gases bubbling in water and escaping into the atmosphere.
We have heard many rumors about how people are greatly affecting the global temperature. Bradbury however doesn't mention this once! People are told to go GREEN! and to help protect our country and the earth. But if we are hearing no true facts about whether or not we really do affect it, then why would we change our lives drastically in order to help.
Do you think Mr. Bradbury had sufficient reasons for climate change? Did he sway you in one way or another to believe, or not to believe in "global warming"?
Do you think that people have enough of an impact on this "problem" that changing our daily lives would actually make a difference?

Thanks for the interesting post. Where did you see the Bill Bradbury presentation? More to the point, where could I see it?
The point about the scientists in Antarctica might be that Antarctica is very cold and even if the temperature increases by say five degrees centigrade, going from minus sixty to minus fifty-five is still pretty dangerous for scientists!
Also I didn't quite get what '730 GT' means? Could you clarify?
Lastly, here's another question for you readers - whether Bradbury (or Fox News) sways you one way or the other, are you prepared to take the gamble? By looking for a greener way of living might we just find a better way of living anyhow? In wartime great strides are made in technology - because there is a perceived need and resources are committed - why not take the same line here and reap the benefits later.
