There appear to be some file permission problems when uploading photos. The files folder needs to be chmod to the correct version. Also, I suggest you upgrade your version of both Apache and Php as they seem to be out of date (Php - 4.3.9, Apache - 2.0.52 ).
Nice use of the Drupal CMS though even if the navigation could use some work (maybe a link to the main forum page and a more obvious way to add blog posts would be good).
