Has Humanitarian Aid become something of a political tool? How does one maintain humanitarian independance in the context of war? As part of an international community are we obligated to act out against the roots of conflict? How should Humanatarianism approach the political platform for things such as rules of war violations and the imposing of humanitiarian assistance in war human right norms such as gender equity and conflict-resolution initiatives?
