I am an Indian who shifted to China now to work in an IB school.What I notice the difference in India and China is that one child poliy of Chinese Govt. has helped reducing poverty.In India poor people are giving birth to more and more children and poverty among poor people are increasing day by day.So first step to control poverty in India is to check population or to educate poor people about the consequences of more children.
