IB Community Theme: Sharing our humanity

Dear all,

I am a teacher at the NorthCoast Preparatory and Performing Arts Academy in Arcata California. I am organizing a trip to Russia for my students, as they study Russia in History and read both Peace and War and the Brothers Karamazov, and thus have requested we try to put this together.And more importantly with the tensions between our governments it is important that we foster true communication between nations.

I was wondering if anyone, IB school, in Russia would be willing to host our students, and of course we'd love to host in return. It would be a wonderful opportunity. We will be there in June for 2-3 weeks. We also intend to perform theater as we are a school specialized in theater. Hopefully we'll finbd a space or will do it in the streets.

Please let me know if you'd be interested in helping us out, and as said before we would love to do exchange in return, or would even consider paying a small fee for staying with host families.
