Hi there
The activity on this site depends on the IB community - how well they know about the site, and their interest in sharing ideas and practice about global issues on a site of this kind. (Remember there is a separate Online Curriculum Centre where teachers can interact on more general aspects of their work).
We know that there is a great deal more going on in schools than is being shared here. But we can only encourage people to contribute more.
It would be good to hear your own reactions to the issues, and perhaps reports of how you address them in your teaching , as well as to the level of activity on this site!
The site is unusual in trying to address a wide range of people within the IB community, and in operating in three languages.
If you have specific comments on how we could make the site more user friendly, that would be helpful, and we could see whether we could make changes along the lines you suggest.

one idea might be that like facebook when someone replies to a topic you posted or a reply you posted you get an email notification. Honestly, i forget to come here and check sometimes with the business of real life. I would appreciate some sort of notification in my email of especially if someone replied to a post i posted. just my thoughts.:)

To answer to 'not impressed'...well, sorry you feel that way. We teachers of IB schools are like anyone with busy lives and i guess all i can say is that not everyone has thought about using this site. We are reminded of it in our meetings, but frankly, even myself i forget about it from time to time. I have a lot of work to do with teaching and just life outside of work and friends and all the other 'sites' i belong to. Mostly i bounce my ideas and questions for answers with teachers i work with directly,so no need usually to seek answers elsewhere. I'll try to share more throughout the year and try to get others to as well. My goal for the year...haha:)

I think IBO good for my daughter also for me as parents, i am really impressed, how the teacher in my daughter 'sschool held workshop for parent. even though, only 7 parents come to his workshop, it is only less then 5 persen .But it is very good.
